Thoughts.
today is the restart of me being healthy, but this time it isn’t just dieting for me, it’s a lifestyle.
i exercised and watched what i ate for the first time in a long time, using my fitness pal it counted how many calories i’ve had and oh my god, i have been eating too many without exercising, oh my LAAAAAAAAAWD
well now the routine is back and i’m ready 4 da beach bod ygm fellow healthy eaters out there hold tite <3
